At MISS SIXTY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your MISS SIXTY account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid return shipping label provided in your original package or downloaded from our portal to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
